👨🏽‍💻 What you’ll be doing (i.e. job duties):

• Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for EPI's P2P payment solution, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of the P2P payment market, including trends, opportunities, and the global competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver a seamless P2P payment experience for users.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with the engineering team to plan, execute, and monitor the development of the P2P payment solution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the P2P payment platform, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain product documentation, ensuring that technical details are clear and accessible to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the team.Serve as an evangelist for the P2P payment platform, representing the team in stakeholder meetings, and building strong relationships with EPI members.
  

🕵🏻‍♀️ What we look for in you (i.e. job requirements):

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on P2P payments or related domains.
• Proven working experience with leading P2P payment applications, demonstrating a deep understanding of their features, functionality, and user experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and user needs into technical specifications and user stories, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive consensus and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Passion for creating innovative solutions that positively impact the lives of millions of European users.
