You will be part of our mission at the European Payments Initiative IEPI to build and deliver a meaningful European payment solution.
We want to enable a stronger European payments ecosystem by acting as a bridge that connects payment industry players and delivering a unified payment solution for consumers across Europe.

💥 Your impact
- You will have a crucial impact on the success of EPI as you will be the face of the company in dealings with the payment service providers of European merchants.
- You will influence product development by consolidating market feedback and requirements.
- You will foster long term partnerships with enterprises that are active in Europe, to help EPI gain traction and to create a movement in favour of European payments.
- You will use and extend your trusted network and show that EPI is not only building a payment solution but is a reliable and trustworthy company that possesses thorough knowledge and understanding of the payments industry.
- You will prepare and attend conferences as a participant and as a speaker. You will meet, virtually and in person, payment professionals in senior positions from across Europe and will secure their commitment to EPI’s solution.
- You will work in a team of four to five experts, but everyone will have their responsibilities, which they will self-manage.
🕵🏻♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
- At least 10 years’ experience in, and expert knowledge of, the financial and payments sector as a sales/relationship/country manager or in a similar position with a focus on enterprises and across all channels
- A very good knowledge and network in at least one of the core markets that we will initially launch into: (Germany, France and, Benelux)
- The ability and passion to be able to communicate and broadcast a payment product message that builds trust in the market for EPI’s solution
- The ability to quickly get hands on in a project
