đ„ Your impact
You will be developing the transition plan for the Dutch market and are responsible to assure it can be executed in a smooth and qualitative way. Hereby acting as the bridge between your EPI colleagues and the local payments ecosystem representatives. You make sure all aspects (business, legal, technical, marketing, communication) of the transition are covered and properly documented. Ultimately, thanks to your 360° view, you are able to challenge experts and support them in building the best transition scenario.
To be successful, you will have to:
- Work together with local stakeholders to identify the key topics to be worked out.
- Understand the challenges of the transition and impacts on the wider ecosystem.
- Organise work sessions with experts to define the best solution(s).
- Identify the measures and/or tooling to put in place to assure a smooth transition.
- Document the transition plan in a consistent and easily understandable way.Â
- Monitor the progress and report on regular basis to the migration board.

đ”đ»ââïž To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a a lead consultant / business analyst role
- At least 3 years experience with payment projects in the Dutch market
- Good knowledge of the payments ecosystem in the Netherlands (especially in e-commerce)
- Prior experience in writing transition plans, feasibility studies or product launches
- Fluency in English & Dutch (CEFR C1 or C2)
- Ability to challenge and influence your stakeholders
- Good understanding of the regulatory landscapeÂ
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Having experience in working in a complex stakeholder environment
đ About the team
You will report directly to Gerry, our Chief Market Roll Out, who has more than 20 years of experience in the payments sector, and will be supported by a team of transversal project officers. In the daily interactions you will have contacts with members of EPI's product, scheme, engineering, marketing and operations teams.Â
You will both work from home and from our offices in the Netherlands. You will be expected to attend in person meetings with our stakeholders in the Netherlands regularly.
