đ„ Your impact
You will lead the implementation of EPI by our acquiring members and PSPs. Hereby acting as the bridge between your EPI colleagues and the acquirers/PSPs. You make sure all aspects of the implementation are covered and the right support is provided. Ultimately, thanks to your experience, you create best practices to the benefit of this whole community.
To be successful, you will have to:
- Build the master plan for the implementation of EPI by acquirers or PSPsÂ
- Understand the EPI Product and the flexibility it offers for acquirers and PSPs
- Ensure the timely deployment by coordinating the activities cross EPI teams
- Solve product, rules, functional and technical challenges by acquirers or PSPs through organising deep-dive sessions with relevant experts
- Monitor and report on the progress of implementation on a regular basis

đ”đ»ââïž To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
- At least 5 years experience in managing implementation projects with acquirers or PSPs
- At least 3 years experience with implementing new payment solutions, especially for e/m-commerce usage
- Good knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Europe (banks, acquirers, PSPs)
- Good knowledge of modern technologies and platforms
- Having worked in a trusted advisor / consultant role
- Fluency in English (CEFR C1 or C2)
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Ability to challenge and influence your stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a full remote working environment

You will report directly to Gerry, our Chief Market Roll Out, who has more than 20 years of experience in the payments sector, and will be supported by a team of transversal project officers. In the daily interactions you will have contacts with members of EPI's product, scheme, engineering, marketing and operations teams.
