💥 Your impact
Reporting directly to the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, you will notably:
- Maintain Business Continuity deliverables: Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, Business Continuity Strategy, Business Continuity Management System, Testing Strategy, Backup & Restoration strategy…
- Contribute to the strengthening of the Business Continuity framework
- Ensure proper monitoring of the tests performed by EPI and its suppliers
- Plan specific Business Continuity tests and liaise with the CTO team to monitor them
- Provide some support to the EPI managers for Business Continuity expectations
- Liaise with each manager to monitor the critical functions
- Contribute to the Risk Committee reporting (and any other Committee preparation)
- Support the Risk & Internal Control Officer and the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer to ensure Business Continuity within the team
- Liaise with suppliers and with EPI branches

- Updating the second version of the Business Impact Analysis for the next Board of Directors
- Contributing to the Business Continuity awareness
- Liaising with the CTO team to define the testing strategy dashboard
🕵🏻♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Payment, Banking or Industry company, on Business Continuity, Internal control, Risk Management, or Internal/External Audit function
- Knowledgeable about DORA regulation, CER Directive or CROE (Cyber Resilience Oversight Expectations)
- Mastering Excel
- Being or willing to be certified: ISO22301 Lead Implementer or ISO22301 Lead Auditor
- Highly rigorous and organized
- Able to adapt your communication to different profiles in the company
- Fluent in English (any other European language is a plus)

You will report directly to the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, in a small and highly skilled team. You will work with two other colleagues, focusing on risk management and compliance.
For legal and compliance reasons, you will be expected to work in one of the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Spain.
