💥 Your impact
- Lead and manage certifications, audit-related projects, and internal controls within EPI’s product and engineering department
- Steer complex audits typical for the payment sector, identify and mitigate audit-related risks, and maintain documentation
- Review audit roadmaps and findings, prepare management reports, and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Collaborate with EPI’s product managers and tech leads to analyze and optimize business processes
- Evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvement strategies
- Manage C-Level communication, including with EPI’s CPTO
- Stay updated on payment certifications, audit, and compliance trends to enhance audit processes
- Provide guidance and training to audit staff, promoting continuous improvement and learning
- Contribute to PEX compliance reporting, develop and track KPIs, and make periodic assessments for EPI’s management

🕵🏻♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
- +5 years of experience in IT Audit, specializing in IT-Operations, IT-Management, or Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance in Financial Services
- Experience in overseeing IT audit projects within an agile development lifecycle.
- Proven experience in in product management
- Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2); French, German or Dutch or any additional European languages is a plus
- Strong ability to communicate information effectively and succinctly, both in spoken and written form
- Experienced in utilizing Jira for project management and Confluence for documentation and collaboration

You’ll be part of a Pan-European Product and Engineering team that operates in an Agile environment. You’ll work closely — but fully remotely — with experts in Product Design, Web Dev, Mobile Dev, Backend Dev, QA and DevOps from Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland, and other European locations.
