Being part of the Market Roll Out team you will be at the forefront of the launch of new products and new markets across Europe. Reporting directly to the Head of the Market Roll Out Office, you will work closely with the multi disciplinary teams within EPI and its members to streamline the market roll out processes and cross company initiatives to achieve high quality and fast time to market.

You’ll be joining a highly energized team of Transversal Project Officers and Implementation Managers, based in France, Germany and Belgium taking care of the implementation of Wero across the EPI markets. 

💥 Your impact

Be the driving force to prepare the launch of new products

• Closely collaborate with the scheme, product, operations, legal and compliance teams to identify the deliverables required to roll out a new product to the market

• Design a comprehensive roadmap from the delivery of the product specifications, scheme rules, and all other relevant deliverables to allow EPI's members to offer the product to its customers

• Challenge the content of the deliverables on consistency and completeness, and organize review sessions with EPI's members to assure high quality 

• Identify pro-actively blocking points and facilitate quick problem-solving by involving the relevant experts 

• Review and track progress of the critical path and report towards the EPI management team on any deviations and risks to be addressed

Coordinate the roll out across the EPI markets

• Closely collaborate with implementation and relationship managers (member and merchants) and align with key EPI members on a go to market plan with clear KPIs

• Track and report on the progress made from preparing the roll out till the realization of the agreed KPIs

Actively pursue process improvement initiatives

• Collect lessons learned from previous roll outs and identify areas for improvement 

• Pro-actively present and structure proposals to implement the identified improvements across the EPI organization 

• Be responsible for the implementation (project management) of a selection of validated improvement initiatives

🕵🏻‍♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements

• Master of science in Management or applied business economics

• Business oriented profile with affinity to technology

• 5+ years of experience within business consulting or a payments company

• Proven experience in managing projects with a business mindset

• Excellent communication skills, capable of rallying and onboarding stakeholders

• Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills

• Capability to work autonomously, and with limited guidance

• Ability to follow-up and challenge multiple topics in parallel whether technical or business-related

• Capabilities to deliver qualitative and structured work within a short timeframe and follow KPIs with a critical eye
