Join us as a CRM and reporting support intern from mid June 2026 to December 2026, and help us build the foundations of a robust, dataâdriven CRM engine. You will support team efficiency by improving how we store, structure, automate, and leverage our data across departments.

đ About The Team
Youâll be part of our Marketing team closely nd collaborate closely with the Field Marketing Manager. Youâll work with a variety of stakeholders including Members Development & Strategy, Acceptance, Product, etc.

đ„ Main mission
Help us turn our CRM into a reliable, scalable, automated engine that supports better decisions and more efficient workflows across the company.
You will be responsible for improving our CRM data quality, building reporting, and supporting the setup of automated processes to help the organisation scale.
CRM Management & Automation
Maintain and update our CRM database (HubSpot) to ensure clean, consistent and structured data.
Create and optimise automated workflows, lifecycle stages, and internal notifications.
Support the team in setting up integrations and data syncing across tools (HubSpot, Databricks, internal platforms).
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose practical automation improvements.
Document CRM processes and help build operational guidelines for internal use.
Analysis & Reporting
Produce weekly and monthly dashboards for management (activity, pipeline)
Build and maintain standardised reporting templates
Monitor data accuracy and proactively flag inconsistencies or missing information.
Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, gaps or optimisation opportunities.
Support the definition of relevant KPIs aligned with business objectives.

Finalâyear student in business, engineering or digital field (marketing, CRM, data, rev opsâŠ).
Previous experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), marketing automation or data analysis.
Strong analytical skills and ability to structure problems.
Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2) is mandatory; French, German or Dutch or any additional European languages is a plus
Comfortable with digital tools: CRM, Excel, SQL basics, Databricks (or willingness to learn).
Curious, autonomous, rigorous, and eager to improve processes.
