As our HR Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing seamless, data-driven HR processes that support our teams across Europe.

💥 Your impact
As a member of our People Operations team, you’ll be part of the backbone of our HR processes — ensuring they are smooth, compliant, and scalable.
You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and contribute to automate and improve HR Operations workflows that elevate our employee experience.
You will:
- Execute and optimize core HR operations: contractual documents editing, payroll processing, benefits administration and more.
- Manage and structure employee data with rigor and accuracy
- Support and enhance our HRIS (Lucca) and other tools
- Support GDPR compliance across all HR processes
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to automate and improve workflows

- Carefully executed monthly payroll run
- Managed to timely and accurately support employees’ unexpected requests (paid leave, employer certificate, etc.)
- Contributed to the automation of our HR processes through our HRIS
- Participated in our quarterly HR team gathering
🕵🏻♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Administration in a multi-country context (covering multiple European countries and ideally Germany, the Netherlands and Spain)
- Fluent English (additional European languages like French, German, or Dutch are a plus)
- Hands-on experience in HR administration and payroll with HRIS tools (Lucca is a plus) and advanced Excel skills
- Proven experience in data management and accurate processing
- A strong process mindset and a love for editing written content with structure and clarity
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, rigor and precision
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote and multicultural environment

You will work with a highly skilled HR team of 8 people and have the opportunity to work at a cross-functional and cross-country level in Europe. You will interact with many company members throughout their employee journey.
