Application review

Initial interview
A video call with our Talent team to get to know each other. This interview will help confirm your interest in EPI and the role, as well as how your skills fit our needs.
There’s always more than one
You'll meet your potential future manager through a video call teammates and manager. Objective is to assess your expertise and mutually check EPI will be an environment in which you will thrive.
Challenge / case (if applicable)
For some roles, we’ll ask you to work on a small case - we’ll always give you time and context.
Final conversation & offer
If it’s a match, we move quickly to the offer stage. Whether you make it or not to the offer stage, we will always provide you detailed feedback about your interviews with us
