You will be part of our mission at EPI to build and deliver a meaningful European payment solution.
Together, we want to enable a stronger European payment ecosystem by delivering a payment solution for consumers across Europe and leveraging the client base of European banks and acquirers.

đ„ Your impact
You will directly work with EPI's CEO, and in close relationship with our Management Team and stakeholders. We are looking for 2 consultants.
- The first one will have to fully own EPi's Business Plan
- Update the business plan to consider new changes (e.g., new business model)
- Collect business sensitive data from the parties (banks, merchants, etc.) to refine the business model
- Track the materiality of the business plan and adjust assumptions based on new additional findings
- The second one will
- Prepare management meetings and provide input to the Board of shareholders and the Management Team for decision making through regular analysis (e.g, scenario-based)
- Build new business cases for future new markets, new competitors analysis
- Contribute to find solutions on various internal and cross department challengesÂ

â If you had joined us last month, hereâs what you could have done
You would have worked on the integration plan of two other companies we acquired, and updated the financial part of our business plan. You would also have delivered a memo on the impact of Digital Euro on our activity.Â
đ”đ»ââïž To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
- You are fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2); French or German is a plus
- You can demonstrate impressive skills on Excel and PowerPoint
- You have already built a business plan from scratch and made it evolve
- You have at least 3 years experience in a strategy consulting firm facing the clients (experience on Payment projects would be highly considered ;Â M&A or Private Equity is a plus)
- Quick to respond, you are very meticulous and autonomous
- Very structured and data oriented, you are able to understand quickly difficult topics in details
- You are able to thrive in a largely remote and multicultural working environment
đ About the team
You will report directly to Martina, EPI's CEO since the very beginning. Martina has an impressive record as a former consultant (AT Kearney, Capgemini Consulting, Oliver Wyman) herself, working on many innovative international payment solutions. You will work in close collaboration with our Management Team, other internal and external Consultants, and Transversal Project Officers.
