đ„ Your impact over the 5 countries
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and update HR policies and procedures accordinglyÂ
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness, while staying updated on relevant regulationsÂ
- Implement and harmonise employee benefits at a cross-country level
- Lead efforts to standardise and streamline HR processes across departments and locations to improve efficiency and consistencyÂ
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and support to achieve objectivesÂ
- Handle employee relationships, ensuring fair and consistent resolution while maintaining positive employee relationsÂ
- Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, fostering continuous learning and professional growthÂ
- Develop and implement CSR initiatives aligned with EPI's valuesÂ
- Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for informed decision-making and continuous improvementÂ

- Implement a new payroll over 5 countries for a new company
- Address on-call and remote work setup over 5 countries
- Work on several regulatory deliverables
đ”đ»ââïž To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior HR roles in a tech company, with a focus on People Operations
- In-depth knowledge of People Operations topics (payroll, benefits, regulatory compliance, labour lawsâŠ) at a cross-country level in Europe (in The Netherlands and other countries we operate in)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Thrive in a VUCA environment, while remaining hands-on and detailed-oriented
- Fluent in English and in Dutch (any other European language is a plus)
- Thrive in a fully remote, multicultural environment

You will report directly to Nicolas, our Chief People Officer, and work with a highly-skilled HR team of 8 people. You will have the opportunity to work at a cross-functional and cross-country level in Europe.
