💥 Your impact
You will support the entire employee lifecycle in an international environment and nurture a fulfilling employee experience.
You will notably:
- handle HR administration and HR process transactions (employment contract, payroll processing, benefits administration...)
- manage smooth onboarding and offboarding employee experience
- collect and operate all personnel data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- participate in transversal projects like HRIS implementation, benefits design and harmonization, ...
✅ If you had joined us last month, you would have
- Crafted a pre-boarding process and communication toolkit to provide a smooth employee experience
- Participated in the set up employee health insurance in new countries where EPI hired employees
- Contributed to the implementation of HRIS modules
- Supported the organization of the HR team gathering in Belgium
🕵🏻♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
- At least 2 years experience in HR Administration in an international environment (at a cross-country level, covering a few countries among Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain)
- Fluent in English and in Dutch (any other European language is a plus)
- Experience in data input and accurate processing
- Good knowledge of Excel and a HRIS/HCM software
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Thrive in a fully remote, multicultural environment

You will work with a highly-skilled HR team of 8 people and have the opportunity to work at a cross-functional and cross-country level in Europe. You will interact with many company members throughout their employee journey.
